AWARDS & DISTINCTIONS
I’m honoured to have won some of the most prestigious awards and distinctions in the photography industry, in subjects including pet and animal portraiture, wildlife photography, family & environmental portraiture, fine art photography and landscapes.
Gaining Fellowships with the British Institute of Professional Photography and The Societies (in Portraiture) are amongst my greatest career milestones. In 2020 I became the third woman in BIPP history to achieve a second Fellowship, this time in the Social Documentary category. Known as the ‘photographer’s K2’ a Fellowship is awarded to only a small group of photographers worldwide. This distinction is based upon submission of a panel of printed work, a considerable body of supporting evidence, and services to the industry.
I have also been awarded the titles of Pet Photographer of the Year and Environmental Portrait Photographer of the Year by The Societies. The images awarded Gold Medals below can be seen on our Press page.
